we have a member on our board boosting a bone stock d16z6 with 16psi and making over 300hp.. to the wheels. 
Now thats pretty insane and I have never seen that myself. But lets go with a more realistic figure, 10psi. with some management tuning and you will be fine.
Read through alot of the threads on this board, we got tons of info on here.
