Default knock sensor pm6

I know the pm6 dosent have any knock control. I was wondering if there are any aftermarket knock controllers out there. Im going to be boosting my b16 and it will be nice to know if the engine is knocking.

MSD Knock Alert, around 150 bucks incl sensor

J&S safeguard is like 300 bucks, but it has more bells and whistles with it.

I would chose a different ECU than a PM6 for a b16. Use a PS9 or p28 one that can control the vtec.

b16s already have them on the backside, center ofthe engine block, right below the deck surface. If your engine didnt come with one, then mount it anywhere solid, connected directly to the engine block, in a drilled & tapped hole. I've seen a couple people use one of the boltholes in the alternator bracket with good results.

most D series have the knock tapped at the back of the block as well.
