95 dx turbo ...now what
i have a friend that has a 95 dx with a 14b on his car.. his setup is hf exhaust man.. 14 turbo... hks bov and a intercooler... he ran stock fuel pump stock injectors no fmu or fuel pressure regulator no afc hack or anything.. he ran a boost guage and oil pressure guage at stock psi of 14b which was 8 psi..... it has been 1 year and he torn his engine apart and he said you couldnt even tell that there was a trubo hooked up.. meaning no extra wear or anything of the sort.... Why does everyone insist that you have to have all that stuff in order for your turbo to work.. he had no idle problems and his car was fast.. maybe not race fast but atleast 14.sec quartermile fast.. Why does everone on here say you need a fmu or you need a safc or you need all this other bullcrap? do you actually have problems with your setup and you need that to correct it? i also have a 95 dx that i am going to turbo.. Just wondering why people say all this other stuff?
so you think that if i put a 14b.. bov.. intercooler.. with stock stuff it will blow up at like 7 - 8 psi or what?
i mean i can always put a fmu or some type of fuel management.. but i would have to wait till i get the money.. i have the stuff now and want to put it on... im impatient but i dont wanna blow my ---- up... know what i mean..

ok this dont make sence to me.. people on here say you need more fuel... ok i put a fmu on it with no fuel pump... that doesnt give me more fuel it just means it makes sure there is pressure in the line to make sure the injectors are able to squirt.... now people say on here to put bigger injectors on and no fmu or pump.. and say i need a way to adjust when it squirts.. Which is it... do i need a pump and biiger injectors.. just a fmu with stock... or a fmu with bigger injectors

I bet less than 10 would make it a year.
do you want to take that chance with your engine when you
can get a used fmu for like 75bucks!?
just get the fmu and boost at 5-7psi max and you'll probly be alright

so you think a fmu with stock fuelpump and injectors.. maybe a new ignition coil or distributor would work well.... im not looking for big boost cause im making a street rally car.... but i do want something .... nawimean
