What Gear do you guys dyno in??

I am gonna be dynoing my car tommorrow, just wondering wht gear is best to use, I have been told 3rd and 4th.... which is better?

i think they do it in third but not 100 % on that...

for honda's i always do 3rd, but for stuff like supra's we do 4th

anything change? huh? It was my first time dynoing if that is what you mean, but when after I dyno'ed a ITR dyno'ed in 3rd and 4th gear with only 2 hp variations on a mystang dynometer. I only hit 133 fwhp with 5psi

but did put down 12 ft/lbs tq more than 2 ITR'sthat did dyno that day

ITR's only have 135 tq at the crank.
