I have a 97 OBD-2 D16Y7 shortblock and tranny, also comes with 98 Y8 OBD-2 Vtec head, solenoid, valve cover, dizzy, IM with TB, rail and injectors. All sensors are good. I also have the 5spd OBD-2 P2P ECU. Everything needed for a Mini-me swap. Compression is around 9.9:1. I have a semi-complete junkyard turbo kit for it. An HF manifold with o2, 14b or TD05H 94 Eclipse turbo with no shaft play and spins freely with no bent fins. A stock Volvo BOV, and stock Volvo FMIC. All you would need is the piping and couplers from the turbo to intake, and the adapter plate for the hf to 14b. The plate is $54 shipped to your door from BmC Racing. The mandrel bent piping is around $7-15 for 45, 90 and 180 degree pipes from JC Whitney. Couplers you can pick up for nothing on ebay.
This is an excellent setup for any Civic. I have pics and vouches. I was putting this in my 96 Coupe, but if I can get a b-series setup for it then that would be better for me because I have plenty of b-series parts to put a complete setup together for my car, I just need a longblock to get me started.
