I think ive read before what the advantages are but can someone refresh my memory. If you dont understand the title I mean like most wastegates exhaust back into the exhaust or even with external wastegates some people hook back into exhaust. iam in florida so emissions dont matter. what are the advangates to externally exhausting a wastegate?

 

I'm sure you get less backpressure cause it's not going through the full exhaust system.

 

well i wont be running cat or muffler so iam not worried about that
