P75 conversion

quick question, since the p75 shares the same PCB as the p72, could i just convert a p75->72?

P72 is realy not the same PCB as the P75, P72 have, Secondary butterfly, knock sensor, oil pressure switch, vtec solenoid that the P75 don't have
