get him to lower the price; and anyuone who thinks a first generation is a pos should leave this site never to return.

 

with a bad trans the car is worth 2-300

 

even 300 is pushing it. but you can make those purty quick

 

bad tranny might mean it needs MTF since its hard to get in gear. He was asking $800 for it but since the gear problem and it had a flat(fixed with a totally bald spare) when i went to test drive it i think $500 is reasonalble since another trans will cost me $100(if i even need it) and I probably would have to do clutch too so i would have to drop trans anyways. I www.kbb.com it and it said $575 for a car in this condition in my zip code so after tax and tag transfer ill be right there

 

cheapest CRX I can find in a 300mile radius on www.autotrader.com is for $1495. this will be my back up when i turbo the green frog
