Wiring for Z6 Swap
My car is an 88 Civic DX. I am swapping a 95 Z6 into it. I am using the MPFI from an 89 Civic Si. I have the engine harness from the Si. Can I just unplug the DX harness & replace it with the Si harness? Are there major differences in Pin location at the ecu? I am also using the PM6 ecu. Any info on this subject will be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Just modify your stock DX harness. It's A LOT easier than pulling the harness from the car and replacing it.
All you have to do is swap a couple of wires on the ECU plugs (C1 and C2 to B10 and B12 respectively), Then run wires from C1 and C2 into your engine bay. After that, wire the injectors (to A1, A3, A5, and A7) and resistor box in the engine bay to the yellow/black wires. Lengthen the TPS and EACV wires, because they're not going to reach the new throttle body. Swap the outside TPS wires, splice yellow to green green to yellow, since the throttle turns opposite ways..
Then pop in your ECU! On your new distributor, make sure you wire the CYP and TDC sensors (those two wires you ran to the engine bay).
As for VTec, it'll depend on how you activate it, RPM Switch vs a V-AFC.. oh well..
That's the condensed version, DrOhm wrote a nice write up on the Mini me (Which is what you're doing except using a the Z6 block instead of the A6, but everything will be the same, except the distributor. If you use the Z6 distributor, don't modify it.) Look for a more detailed write up, but you get the drift.
