their are so many factors.. how well its tuned, what the rest of the setup is like, to tell you how much power you can get.. anywhere from 180-280..

The turbo will work just fine.

oh yeah.. i plan on putting this into my 2000 civic si. i also have a few other parts as well which will go into my setup: starion FMIC, turboxs type h BOV, 2.5 inch charge pipes, walbro 255lph fuel pump, dsm 450cc injectors, ECG SMC plus, prelude resistor box, and i also have a b16 turbo manifold which i still have to cut a hole for my flange and get the flange welded on. i can't wait to finish all this and get the feeling of boost!

HCI used that exact turbo on a B16 DIY build up.
Whith the .48 turbine they achived around 300. When they swapped to the .63 housing, they noticed a bit less power (lag) under 4000, but anything over that had a lot more area under the curve. They ended up at around 340 at 12-14? psi. The power gains after 10psi were pretty negligible as they had reached the limits of the compressor. Not bad for a JY turbo. This is what I have on mine, but cant give any impressions yet.

That turbo should be out of a 85 - 86 Ford Thunderbird with a manual transmission. I have one sitting at home from a old parts car I had but if I remember correctly he said it was squeeling under boost and he drove it without repair until it was wrecked shortly after. Either way I found this link on thunderbird turbos and their specs:
