ok, i say feather and mr.drop a clutch dustin(turbohf) says drop...just wondering what the majority of you peeps do when drag racing! thanks!

if its a d series drop it cause its cheap to replace a trani haha

but hell no to dropping on a jdm type r tranny.. broken diffs.

 

I feather......through the first three gears.

 

i say feather a bit off the line with street tires but if your feathering it down the track thats just a waist of concentration, if you have slicks you better be droping it at the highest rpm your slicks alow with out breaking loose eithier way you better be bangin the ---- out of the tranny the rest the way down track

just feather it out of the hole, then after that go all out, power shift that ----...

 

if you have slicks you better be launching as hard as you can... thats what slicks are for rofl

in the camaro (with street tires) i launch at idle, then go easy into second then open the bitch up through second (still get sideways when i wood it in 2nd) all the way down the track. still run about 13 flat like that... with 2.2 60 foot times...
