I bought a set of DSM 450's from a member here and 2 out of the 4 have cracks in the black plastic piece at the spray head. Is this going to be a problem? Are they junk now?

 

no, they'll be fine, a lot of people have this problem and run them with out the plastic piece, it's just there tho protect the end of the injector in case you drop it or something, so just be careful not to drop it or anything after you take them off. the person should have told you though

Yeah, you can just remove it to avoid it breaking off and getting sucked into the engine.

All 4 of mine were cracked and I wasn't told of anything.

Hey... what if they're missing the top o-ring? i bought 4 440s off of someone and one of the 4 has a little orange o-ring on the top...

 

you can take the o-ring off your honda injectors, or just go buy a pack of o-rings that are the same size, don't ask for them for that injector, they'll pull up the injector seal kit and charge you like 8 bucks for each injector, just find some o-rings and pick the right size for like .50 cents. that seals the top of the injector in the fuel rail.
