PM7 question
first of all, big shout out to Jason, damn that is a lot of well appriciated work to give honda owners a cheap (free) engine management system.
my question is this, i have a dohc zc, the motor stamp reads 88 i believe, but the JDM PM7 ecu was sent seperately and im not sure if it is also an 88.
how can i tell if my ecu is an 88-89 or 90-91
im just trying to find out if i will need an adapter to burn the chips.
my head is spinning right now from all this info ive been cramming in the last 6 hours. a lot of info and lots of it has gone right over my head. im just sticking to the faq and the posts for info as much as i can

Damn old post here but:
88-89 and 90-91.. both of those generations had the external roms and some also didnt..
When using my pm7 for my b16a, i had to go through 3 pm7 ecu's and ended up getting one from 89 or 88 that had the external rom.. the other 2 didnt have the roms, and were both 88-89 to 90-91
