OBX racing turbo manifold for B16...
I found this manifold on Ebay... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...&category=6770 It seems to be a good deal...but I'm not too sure about the quality of it. Anybody used one of these on anything? Did you have any problems?
I just looked at that listing and I don't see anywhere it being listed as an OBX manifold. I read on a post yesterday 5 different companies make manifolds that look (or are) identical to the OBX manifold.
But, on another note, I have OBX headers. AWESOME. CHEAP. Stainless steel. NO complaints. Fit well, LOOK GOOD, perform fine (NA d series until turbo goes in) as far as i can tell (which doesn't mean much considering my motor)
Bottom line, I don't know how good that price is... OBX hasd it listed for like 500 on their site, and my headers cost 1/2 of what they were listed for on www.obxracingsports.com , so figure that, you MAY be able to find one new for 250, dont quote me.
But, as far as quality, from my experience, they are A+... First company i've ever seen that you can't judge by the price!

umm try this auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...&category=6770
One manufactor makes those things, and 3 different companys are selling them, think its OBX/TYpe R racing, and I think sparks.
They are all the same, I have heard some **** stories about some welds breaking..

Thanks for all the info!!! I'll let you know what I end up using...Oh...by the way, does the tube style (race style) header really make that much difference for a street driven car? and how does it act when it comes to under hood temperatures?

I really like the part where it says tubular steel manifolds are less likely to crack than cast iron..
