After successfully turbocharging my Peugeot 205 1.4 I want more . So I'm planning a setup for my Peugeot 205 2.0 16v. The goal is to have 220 - 240 horses (have about 160 now). I want full boost at about halve the rev range: at 3400 rpm. Boostpressure will be between 8 - 10 psi. (will be using an intercooler)

Now my question: What kind of turbo do you guys think i should use? Have a T3 - 50 trim in mind.

Ever consider a Hybrid T3/T4 turbocharger? lots of different specs and trims for those, they could easily support your hp level.

Yup T3/T4 Hybrid...
But it's gonna cost ya a lot of money in europe, because it's hard to come by.
Pieter I would recommend a KKK 24/26 hybrid. I saw a few on the german e-bay site.

 

Yeah, T3/T4 hybrid is hard to get over here. Guess a KKK 24/26 is less dificult. Still would it not be to big?

Somebody just offered me a brand new T25, at a tempting price...

Do you guys think it will work, or will it be far too small?

What are the specs on the T-25? DSM t-25's by garret are very small something like .48/.49 a/r's

Turbine A/R: 0.64
Turbine trim: 62
Compressor A/R: 0.48
