Re:Turbo on 2.0 16v
the factory turbo mi-16 used a variable geometry T25.. which was a little small
i would be reccomending a T28 rollerbearing from a S14 200sx, with a nissan sunny gti-R exhaust housing and wheel
just out of interest, are you mounting the turbo at the side of the engine, renault 5 gtt style, as there is slightly less than ---- all bulkhead clearence in a 205 with an mi16 in it even without the turbo...?

@ Semnos,
Well, it's just a start, but it feels like we're on the right track
@ Boost Pixie
We are going to use a T3/T4 hybrid, 50 trim, .60 compressor and .48 turbine. T25 is for sissies
The turbo is going to be mounted above the gearbox, the battery is going to the boot.
Indeed the space is tight, but we think it's possible.
For engine management we just bought one Haltech E6A system, still have to find another system.
