what do you guys think my friends should set his aem cam gears at he has an integra ls shaved .024 or like 24 thousandths w/e its shavef down to like the wear lines what do you think would be the best setting

 

the "best" setting is differnt on each setup. Cams/headwork all makes a difference in how everything works. The best way is dyno tuning to really dial it in.

I would start by advancing the intake cam gear a few degrees, and see how the *** dyno feels.

made it worse he retarded it 3 degres and left exhaust stock he said thats working pretty good for him
