noob to turbo...quick quewtion

ok i couldnt find anything in the search so.....i got a dohc zc in a 87 crx si and im going to run a t-25 at 5-8 psi wat fuel management should i use??

how much pain and suffering do you want to endure?
how well do you want it tuned?
how much money do you have to spend?
are you good at wiring/electrical stuff?
