I'm building a conversion harness from obd2 to obd1 and the chart i'm following says I need a wire at a12 on the obd1 plug for Fan Control, but my plugs (from a 95 civic se coupe) don't have any wire at a12, and I checked my friend's 95 si hatchback and it doesn't have one either. What's the deal here?? I'm running a p06 ecu with a p75 bin.

I have a AC switch wire, but my car doesn't have AC, so I was just gonna take that wire and put it into the a12 spot.
