Default How exactly does FPR benefit boosted cars?

I'm curious, if i need one of these for my boosted d15b7? I'm currently running s-afc hack with a inline pump, But i see a lot of cars running these fuel pressure regulators on their cars. Why is it needed and what exactly does it do to gain in performance? let me know ya'll. thanks

The AFC with 450cc injectors will allow more than enough fuel for what you will ever need. The fuel pressure regualtor just raises the fuel pressure, but I don't think you really need to raise the pressure any higher than stock unless you are pushing some serious numbers and you need buckets of fuel. IMO, it's not needed for a daily driven street setup.
