27c256's/29c256's whats the minimum speed(nanoseconds)

i see these things listed by speed in nanoseconds what is the minimum speed that will work with honda ecu's?

you need a 200ns or less.

so what speed is this one or how do u decode these numbers

IT's 120ns
the 20XFI is 200ns
