You better create a parts list on the ZC because I have been trying to follow your questions between here and the resource on your rebuild. i am sure I missed a few.
I'm also planning on rebuilding mine come summer time.

I just finished honing, washing, my block then installed the crank and pistons. I used crx si bearings and 89 teg rings and everything fitted well.

I am in the process of doing that... I have my engine block in pieces, I've orderd pistons/rings/rods from endyn for my ZC... The parts should arrive tomorrow and then its a trip to the machine shop where they will over bore it and shave the head .030" My next step for my rebuild is to get bearings -- which I now know to buy -- I should have all this up and running for April 1st, that is when my rex is supposed to be back on the road. I am also putting on a new clutch and a lightened flywheel. Later on in the summer I will be putting on my turbo, sched. in June.
