The H22 bore is 2 mm larger than an F22's. A 2 mm overbore is into "Sonic check the block and make sure everything is spot-on" in older domestic iron with very thick cylinder bores and a closed deck. On a modern open decked, thin walled Honda block, that's more like "custom machine work and sleeve the block" territory.
