Default Center of turbo crack on exhaust side😐

Hey guys, just wanted to get some opinions on this crack/broken piece on my center section of the turbo. Happened through shipping so I'm trying to figure out if this will cause an exhaust leak or if it will alright once the housing is bolted up.

Here's a picture,

File a claim with your shipper. I don't like the looks of that.

Right when I received it I did. The seller gave me a full refund and told me to just to keep it so I'm trying to see if it's still worth using and if it will leak at all through that section.

The cracked part looks iffy.

The dented turbine vanes, on the other hand, look downright frightening.
