Default Turboing my 93 civic d15b2 MPFI

I am turboing my D15b2 that is MPFI. I got the car like that and i know it has MPFI. I just bought a T3 Turbo and i want to put in on my civic but need someone to guide me on the upgrades. So i have the complete turbo kit. Intercooler, Headers, piping, Blow out valve. But what i need to know is what upgrades are needed before i put the turbo in. I know i need to upgrade the injectors. What cc is best? And of course i know it all depends on how fast i want to make it. I just want to know what are the minimum upgrades i need to do so it can last for a bit. And i don't want to swap motors. I want to build this one. And after this one is built i will build another one. But what internal upgrades are needed?? that is what i need to know the most. I know i need some to mess with the ECU. But what interal upgrades should i do so it can last a bit. I have looked at a bunch of forums and i haven't found what i need to know.. So if someone can answer this for me. Or give me a link to my answer that would be great.. And i have used the search button on the top already.. Thanks. Oh and how much Boost is recommended for this motor??

You'll want to size the injectors by target horsepower. DSM injectors are a popular swap if you're looking for horsepower in the same range as a turbo DSM (around 200).

But what internal upgrades are needed?? that is what i need to know the most.
That also depends on your target horsepower. For a mild build - none.

Well i don't have a major power goal but anywhere from 150-200 hp out of that little block would be good. I am not going to race the car, maybe every now and then. But i want more hp then stock. I heard i need to put arp head studs so it can last. Since i need to open up the motor already, i want to change my head and do the head gasket. Whats a good head to put in that block? I will most likely get the head port and polished since i am going to change it. And what are some other internal upgrades that you suggest?
