Like the title states, selling a chipped and socketed obd1 5speed p28 ecu.
It's able to go from the tuned chip back to stock just by removing the jumper.
Functions 100%
Asking $60 plus your stock ecu or $100 for ecu
Shipping probably like 6-8 bucks
