Smile Integra ls with T3/T4 Turbo?

Hey guys,, im new to the whole modding community. So I had a question for you guys.

I have a 97 integra ls with a b18b,, the car and engine has aprox 133,xxx miles

I want to boost and make around 250-300 hp with stock internals if possible

This was one of the turbo kits that I was looking at
CIVIC INTEGRA B16 B18 B20 T3T4 TURBO KIT W/ TURBONETICS - eBay (item 350445410443 end time Apr-05-11 14:12:10 PDT)

what recommendations do you guys have for me??
Is the t3/t4 even a good turbo??

ALSO,, what would I need with the turbo kit, in order to make everything run flawless..

So far I have gathered, Fuel pump, injectors, possibly fuel rail, exhaust, and different ecu.

My price Range is around 2 - 2.5k

Buddy i have a 94 cx hatch with b1 swap and 98 gsr that now has a boosted b1 and i put both of my turbo kits together for what that one costs and they have run flawlessly now for 2 yrs lol. the most important parts (to me any ways lol) are turbo wastegate and engine management. You can get a turbo for under $350 a decent one at that a good wastegate for under $150 and chippeed or socketed ecu for around $100 the ret can be pieced together through extensive probing of all ebay auctions playing with wording and weeding out junk and through craigslist. the kit on ebay is nice. Im by far no expert but i can atleast speak from my own personal experience and if i know anything its if you cut too many corners you will pay. you can put a complete kit together for under $750-$800 through ebay if you really try ( I LOVE EBAY AND ALL ITS GOODIES NEVER HAVE GIVEN ME A PROBLEM EVER) but if you got the cash its always better to buy the real deal and be done with it! lol
