Default H22 not starting

I had a set of fuel injectors die on me, so I used 2 different sets of dsm 450's with the resistor box correctly wired up, becaue I thought the first set of dsm were bad. I'm getting spark, I pulled the wires and put plugs in it and turned it over and they were arcing. I'm getting fuel, when I pulled the plugs they were wet, and i'm having a leak at the rail. I also check the three grounds on the motor and trans. The only possible thing I could think of is that my resistor box has died? but then it should atleast start. I got it to turn over once and only once, and it sounded like it was on 2 cylinders. I check and rechecked the firing order. I'm running a jdm h22 with skunk2 pro 1 cams I/H/E with dsm 450's with a phearable.net chip, which is set up for the dsm's. What else could be preventing it from starting? I'm also not having any check engine lights either.
