can i cut the flange off a b series manifold and weld on a d series flange?
hmmm just trying to save some money ahha I wanna do a sinktrap and i have a ebay b series header so i thought if i cut the flange off my z6 header and cut off the b series flange i can just reweld and walla a d series header!!! I wanna do this because i would assume the aftermarket header would flow better then the stock z6 cast header.

Be easier to just get a d series header. Can find them pretty cheap. Im not sure but the ports on the B series might be further apart than the d series.

 

haha alright. i was thinking the ports would be further also
