I need the flange for the manifold for a IHI TURBO CHARGER in ebay are one but are so expensive 50$$ and i dont know if the T25 flange can fit this turbo THE IHI have a ROUND HOLE like the GST GSX TURBO of 2nd generation.ANYONE CAN HELP ME??The T25 is the same or not??THANKSS and i IM from Puerto Rico

RHb5 is serial NO. turbo specs says VJ11

 

that i believe thats a dsm flange cause one of my friends has the same turbo.

 

in the spring my RHB5 was fragging so I've taken apart a few of them for parts. I have taken apart that particular style as well. I believe they were advertised as mazda parts when I was shopping for them,

 

The vj11 was used on the Mazda Mx-6/Ford Probe. I have a 14b off eagle talon and a probe vj11 to compare. The bolts are farther apart on the DSM flange, the turbine inlet is also a little smaller diameter on the vj11. You may still be able to make it work. Maybe turbo inlet could be port matched to dsm opening. You may be able to drill 4 new holes closer together in the manifold flange to match IHI bolt pattern.

The dsm t25 bolt pattern is 74mm x 57mm with 62mm round inlet, the ihi is 56mm(aprox 2.2) square with 44mm round inlet. The ihi uses a smaller size thread also, the vj11 gasket hole was smaller then the dsm stud.
The non-dsm t25 used a 74mm x 40mm with rectangular inlet.
Would take some work to make it fit, Mitsubishi tdo4 is very close to ihi flange

 

i buy a custom FLANGE FOR 7.00$ of 3/8 width in steel. Isn't perfect but im working with that they look good i will post pictures later.i dont have the gasket,an asbestos paper can work for this??Another Question this TURBO CAN HANDLE 12Pounds of boost

If there is some kind of metal backing or sandwich asbestos will work, Annealed copper or beaded steel gasket also work.

Factory gasket on vj11 was fiber(not sure if asbestos or not) sandwiched between steal sheets.
