found one!!! started lookin on ebay found the expensive one. then found this one not too bad!! Turbo Inlet Flange IHI RHF4 RHB5 RHF5 VJ35 VI95 MAZDA:eBay Motors (item 380187751033 end time Jan-11-10 204:16 PST)
