Hey everybody, so i was just at the junkyard today and i pulled out some 1987 plymouth Laser Injectors(Turbo manual,black-top). I am wondering if they are 450cc like the newer DSM Blue top injectors that come in 89' and up turbo lasers
Oh yeah and the car had 300,000 k on it, so are they still ok to use? Thanks!!

dammit! ah well, thx whiterice for checking!
I guess i'll just buy some dsm blue tops like everybody else. But just a question, 240cc for a turbo car? wouldn't it be at least over 300cc?? i'm not an expert on dsm stuff, but i don't see how 240cc could support a turbo 2.2litre or whatever...

the injector size more or less has to do with the HP of the engine. The plymoth 2.2 turbo didn't make that much power... so it had small injectors. 240CC can suport up to 170 HP (or so)
The 450's in the tallon's are actualy over kill for that engine at the factory specs.
