Default 5k rpm break up

Having some ignition issues i cant for the life of me get my zc to rev over 5k I looked in my dizzy looked like ---- so 2.5 dizzys later with a new cap new rotor new ICM new plugs and new wires. I am kinda stumped with this ----. any ideas? short of getting a new dizzy. I tuned thee car a couple months ago and it runs 11.5 to 12.0 in boost so I know its not a rich miss.

does it happen at exactly 5k everytime? or is it different everytime?

check that there is no fluid in your spark plug holes and your plugs are connectin to your wires good

the wires are brand new and there ngk not shitty vatozone wires. i did notice some oil in the spark plug holes when i pulled it appart but it wasnt like they were full of oil. it happens around 5k rpm not at 5k exactly.
