How much Hp can u get out of some rc 750 injectors?

 

You can't really rate injectors like that...

You didn't state what you are putting it in and your profile doesn't state what your running...

I'm guessing you are putting them in a 4cyl so in my experience (Mitsu 4G63), running low impedance 750cc injectors at 43 pounds of fuel pressure, I was able to make a little over 400 horsepower on pump gas. The injector duty cycle was a safe and reliable 76 - 78 % injector duty cycle. Please take heed in the fact that if you run injectors at 100% injector duty cycle for too long they will fail, maybe not entirely, but they do become erratic in operation causing you to melt a piston because one fell behind for a few milli-seconds

At all the shops I have been around, the tuners said to never push injectors past 85% injector duty cycle unless you don't care about the motor.

 

Forgot to say that some guys will say 750's on a 4cyl are good for 450 wheel horsepower, but they may be referencing race gas which changes the estimations. Some folks run a little more fuel pressure which can help as well, but to much fuel pressure can have a negative effect on the injector as well when cranked too high.

Its going be a honda D16Z6 pistons,rods,cam, holset turbo HE351, log mani (i know i know),S300.

Should i go bigger injectors. I'm shooting for maybe 450 Whp safely.

 

There is no reason to not go with bigger injectors, aside from the minimal cost. Figure out what the max your tuning system can handle without over running and get those. You may eventually want to switch to E85 or upgrade turbos, in which case you'll need new injectors.

For my 2.0 DSM I'll be going with 1600's. It's at the very edge of what is tuneable at idle, and I will never ever need more injectors. Well, maybe if I win the lotto, probably not even then

 

+5 on the bigger injectors.

I would say if the 750's are used, who cares, run them for a bit and see what happens.

If they are new, I wouldn't get them dirty and move onto a 1000 or a 1600 just like tkelly said.

Everyone has the right idea.. Get bigger injectors and have the tuner aware of what size they are so he/she can tune them down.
