no but really, 300 whp is a good rule of thumb as a max on a stock b motor if you want to drive it for a while, if you just want to lay down one fat dyno pull i'm sure it could see 450 whp but it's gonna blow right away. but remember it's all about the tune, a well tuned 300 whp will last longer than a 250 whp car with a bad tune.
