Backyard build
I'll make a proper intro later when I'm good and drunk, but browsing through the recent build-ups and seeing nothing but people decking their cars out in egay ---- prancing around like they've done something is making me pissed off. Here's my build that I did while lurking this site for the past few years without making a single post, there was no need to...the search button worked just fine.
Quick rundown: OBD1 swapped EF, Z6, Si cable tranny, dsm 450's, and a bunch of random ---- thrown together
30lb chunk of 1/2" steel picked up at the local scrapper for $10, strapped down and ready to be made into flanges

Chipping the ecu for crome...

trusty solder sucker

crude *** HF adapter and 14b outlet flanges cut out

test fitting

one size fits all downpipe kit, some work required

thank you HMT for first showing me pie-cut bends and the power of flux core

---- your pre-made gaskets too

made the oil return fitting too

bov mounting the old fashioned way

14point7.com JAW being put together for the sikkkk tuning later on

one of the runs to the parts store after I had some thermal issues...

and finally, the money shot

and the hooptie this is all going into (it came with the color, ford blue tractor paint if you were wondering...---- your JDM too)

unfortunately the Z6 spun a bearing 2 days after the build was completed, so an engine swap was in order.

the engine stand ^
that was alot of typing, now I need beer

No, it put down about 140ish whp and 140tq on a problematic mustang dyno. Got walked on by a 240 with a red-top SR swap and stays dead even with an 04 Accord V6 coupe (had an intake).

what size of turbo do you have on there?
