Look at bisi with the 10.10 all motor sohc has stayed non vtec since he came on the scene. I remeber him running 12's in street form on a sohc zc back in like 99. This has also been proven by Dave at dh-racing.com. He just made 215 whp on a street sohc non vtec all motor.

 

Uhm, ever heard of head porting? I can make a Z6 head flow just fine. Especially since most of our engines are FI, it's hardly a damn difference to worry about. Vtec is nice, I really could careless for a big lopey idle'n a6 with a huge cam.

 

That doesn't make sense... The Z6 head has bigger valves, but the A6 flows better stock vs stock ??

I will port turbos, manifolds ( exhuast ), and TB inlets on intakes, but I wouldn't "home port" a honda cylinder head.. Not to say it can't be done.
