Default SOHC NON VTEC ZC turbo questions

Hey guys, I've got a 97 civic dx hatch. Its got a JDM ZC sohc non vtec in it. I want to boost the motor, right after I do the obd2 to obd1 conversion.

I plan on keeping the motor stock and keep my power conservative tuned. MAybe like 170-180hp. I hear anything around 200 and up gets risky with stock rods/pistions..etc

I have been doing alot of research, but still dont understand the turbo size I should go with. The car will be a daily driver, so stock reliability is a must.

What is a good streetable turbo for DD? Its not going to be like a 2000$ build. as you should know, since this is HMT!

so any good advice would be much appreciated. Ill get some pics of the motor in the car, Its coming to me in the mail right now

and should I go with the HF manifold and adapter plate?
