whats up all! new guy here!
Hey all homemade turbor's! Been reading threads from here for Awhile now so figured idea join! Well first things first names Kory live in AZ boosting my y8 stock internalls. Good. Compression 170 175 169 180. 150k miles on motor.. my dd, drive like 1k miles a week or so hah.. first Turbo.. been reading n doing my research.. hence how I got here hah. Well plan on running 6-8 psi on 14b.. I HAVE to keep AC/PS I live in AZ.
Well first thing is just picked up the tdo5h 14b n they come off a 1g dsm. Correct?! Well the exhaust part of the Turbo has a Mitsubishi logo stamped? ?? What's with that? and also picked up a little side mount intercooler off a 1g dsm too. Mounting spots in ek?? I know i need to convert to obd1 p28/p07 ecu. Stock injectors on this low of boost
Gonna get ARP HS. Better headgasket and all the other little stuff. Well any input or advise I'm here to listen and learn!! Thx in advance! Not sure how to load pix.. dammit kinda defeats the perpose now hah
