Default GSXR 1100 - T25 Turbo Project

Hi. I am new to the forum. My build project is a 1994 Suzuki GSXR 1100. I just put a Kevlar clutch, performance clutch springs and a 2007 rear shock in it to put the power down. I have a DSM (Garrett) T25 Trubo off a 2G Eclipse that I am planning to equip it with. I am acquiring parts and have a MIG/flux welder on the way. I have already run into a misunderstanding about these turbos, as I ordered the wrong inlet AND outlet flanges/gaskets. I did not know it, but apparently they have an adapter plate from the factory and all T25's are not alike. I plan on trying to minimize that space, since it is going on a bike. I plan on keeping the stock internals (13:1 PIstons) and running about 5psi boost. At this time plan to rear mount the turbo behind the rear shock and fabricate a subframe to hold everything.

I read the stats on this website. Someone has a list of the ratios and max output of many turbo models-but its been a while since I searched for it (actually, check the stickys). I am expecting about 215bhp with about 5 lbs of boost (has approx.150bhp now). I may lower the comp. ratio by putting a spacer between the engine block and the tranny casing to allow for more boost. Gotta fix 2nd gear first (a recently developed problem--gggrrrr!!!) These turbos do not produce a high amount of boost, but just about right for my purposes. A stock bike with 11.5:1 comp. ratio cannot take much more. These 1100 rods/pistons are known to be good for about 300hp. You building something?

yeah im cumin to the end of my r1 project.im using a garrett t22/tb02.the turbo calculator says it should max out at 220 bhp at 4 psi with intercvooler and stock motor...max flow is 304 cfm.
my goal is 200 so i thuink my sizing is about spot on {good mid range and no lag**
i have been looking for similar size turbo projects for comparison.
just waiting on intercooler from holeshot......f**kin expensive at 450 but its a custom made curved core item so it should be the biz!!!!
