buddy had a cam lying around, so i grabbed it for $20
he thinks its a z6, is there any way to tell the z6 for the y8

but there is no markings on it and im wondering how i can tell them apart
i thought of measuring the lobes but I was wondering if there is another way
if not any one have the measurements handy would really appreciate it

Try looking up specs on both. If they're the same then ---- it.

I think the cams are compatible either way, because I think I've seen single cams for sale advertised for z6/y8 apps. Don't quote me on that though I'm not 100%.
