I thought the one all by itself is the one its sopossed to be on for tdc.

And the one in the middle is for ignition timng with a timing light when the car is running.

I havent changed it since I got it cause I cant get the crank pully off.

 

Now I'm no damn expert, but that's the mark I used and it was running great. Try it and I bet you a headlock it runs.

as of the cam.
at TDC the 7 oclock mark of the cam spocket will match the 7 oclock mark at the plastic cover as well.(ignore the "up" mark and the paraller lines")

 

I don't know what the hell you just said, but I put the plastic arrow on the middle of the three, the cam gear facing "up" and the dizzy right in the middle. Start the car, adjust dizzy with a timing light, drive to donalds to give him his headlock.

Well, seeing as how I was just ------- with all this ---- last night, I know for a fact that the mark in the middle of the three is TDC. A screw driver told me this.

the three red marks are for timing lights. the white mark by itself is for setting the MOTOR to proper timing.
