its becouse they dont know how to tune OBD 0

im paying a guy to make me a harness for OBD1. so i can run the OBD1 z6 with OBD1 p28 in my stock OBD0 DX car.

But why? ??? Whats so good about the p28 computer that a Turboedit PM6 can't do? ??? ???
how about switch to the high cam...TE doesnt do that... :'(
