That is the 3-stage VTEC D15B, which is the only Honda engine with two VTEC solenoids. One is for transition from 'stage-1' (12 valve) to 'stage-2' (16 valve 'mild' cams) and the other for transition from 'stage 2' to 'stage 3' (16 valve 'wild' intake cams).
130ps, 7200rpm, and added gas mileage because of lean mode! Crazy!
