Default Wire harness Question

Hey guys,
I ran into a scenario the other day while working on the crx dx project car. I was replacing the wire harness with another dx harness i picked up from a local hmt buddy. Anyways, to my knowledge i thought all obd - 0 dx harness's would be the same, and they were 99% identical. The one weird thing was that the (yellow/black) wire from the iacv plug ran from the IACV to the driver side wire harness main plug. On my original harness it had run to the passanger side main plug (rectangular one filled with electrical grease). I did some resistance checks and examined the actually connector on my old harness. I pulled the (yellow/black) wire from the main driver side harness plug and ran it to the passanger side plug where it originall went and spliced it into the same wire it used to be spliced into on my old harness. Just wondering if anyone else ever had a similar experience and what they did.
Im going to fire it up soon and just thought some input from those of you who have seen this would be cool.
Thanks Guys

88, 89, 90-91

Early in Hybrid History, 2 smart people both said it is easier to keep the stock engine harness that came with the car and modify it as needed.

Thanks guys, ill see how the one i put in there works out, i checked every wire and they all matched up except for about 3, i rerouted everything as necessary and everything looks ok. The only reason i switched harnesses is because the stock one i had was so beat, missing loom and soldered everywhere.
