Yes the head will bolt up and you can perform the mini me hybrid swap. The part about the knock sensor I am unclear about.. do a search on honda-tech to see if it has one or not. Anyone else know?

I would say ---- the mini me and take the complete motor. Vtec is only good in a all motor setup. If you plan to boost ---- the Vtec.

cant find a y8 block
thats why a y7 bottom for 150 is so appealing
