I know taping it isnt the hard part the hard part is getting the helicoil to sit right he did that too but the damn thing didnt hold! hes gona get some timecerts now i guess there longer and stronger so it might take up to three days for that but i sure hope it holds
so if this happens to anyone else DONT USE HELICOIL it doesnt hold. anymore than 50ft-lbs of torque will pull them right out

That's bullshit. A Helicoiled hole is stronger than the original IF IT IS INSTALLED CORRECTLY (that is the key). A Timesert is just a solid Helicoil, those will pull out also if you let the same guy put them in.
When was the last time you had your torque wrench calibrated?
p.s. I have a hard time believing you know how to use a torque wrench but have to pay someone to put in Helicoils for you...
