where do you buy your bearings, water pumps, oil pumps, etc?

seen a couple post on honda-tech where they were suggesting to use them...and we all know that the h-t guys know everything

They're also the people that you always see checking bolt stretch in thier assembly write-ups. I talked to the machine shop that is machining my block, and they said it is highly unneccessary for a street motor to check the rod bolt stretch.
This is the same machine shop that does the work for the two big local honda swap joints. Needless to say, they are both honda-tech favorites. Hmmm... honda-tech, or years and years of experience?

well I would listen to Honda-tech on this one, but that would mean I have already fucked up by not paying someone to build the block for me then buying a prefabbed kit and not installing it until all my jdm lights were in.
