im having trouble hooking up the coolant lines on my intake/throttle body.
its a larger TB that im not sure which car it came off, i think a b18 because it is 60mm.
if anyone could point me in the right direction on where the line off the thermostat housing should go
i outlined as well as i could in the pictures to make my problem easier to understand. ( i dont know why the photos are so small first time that has happened)







these arent big enough for the hose dia. but i dont know what to do with them either, my head is going to have a breather filter on the pcv port.

 

d16a6 manifold only accepts d16a6 tb unless its bored over still making it a d16a6 tb

 

o man this is rigged up believe me, only three holes lined up, had to bore out the fourth. i just cant figure out what to do with that line, everything else is connected on the TB.

 

you dont need to run those through the tb. I never run water lines to my iacv's either. Smooth 800-900 rpm idle on everything I touch

 

so just cap it off??

what about the water nipples on the intake manifold close to the cylinder head?
there are two ports there, could i just route the big line off the thermostat housing to the big nipple on the cylinder head?
and the little nipple on the water inlet pipe could be connected to the small port?
thus recirculating the water rather than plug it because i dont know where the ports on the intake manifold are supposed to go, heres a drawing to help visualize what im rambling about.

 

ok o well im going to try it that way and start it up tonight.
