That means I get about $150 after being a shim if needed. A tranny shop would charge $500 if you bought the tranny to them, or another $350-400 to R&R your tranny. BBKA, hush on the special gearsets, I buy every set I find! |
Re: Where can i get oem jdm sohc hydro lsd tranny
I got mine jdm LSD tranny for 150 from SOKO but they didn't even know they had it. I found it walking around there shop in chicago when I was there to buy a d15b. It has a hole punched in it from something hitting it in the container while being shipped so I got it as a "core". I went home and tossed and old z6 case on it and it good as gold. I'm using stock dx axles and I don't have any problems with my ----. Funny thing is when I found it the guy who works there was like "hell I don't even look at them when I send em out. You ask for a manual tranny for a sohc and thats what you get." So it's just basically playing the lottery when you buy a tranny from them but I also heard that from other people who got a lsd tranny. They just got it and didn't even ask for a LSD unit.
